Scanaviz is currently operated by its founder as an individual, based in Illinois, United States. It is not yet operated through a formed company. This section will be updated when that changes.
Scanaviz provides cryptocurrency market information and tools, including a token scanner, market analysis, charts and visualizations, research views, watchlists, alerts, and news links. Some features are included in a paid Premium plan.

You sign in with an email address and password. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Some features require a confirmed email address.
Scanaviz offers the Preferred Rate, a discounted Premium subscription price of $14.95 per month, as compared to the then-current standard Premium price. This offer is available for a limited time and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued by us at any time without notice.
3.1 Duration of the Preferred Rate. For subscribers who are offered and accept the Preferred Rate ("Preferred Members"), the Preferred Rate applies for as long as the Preferred Member maintains an active Premium subscription, and will continue to apply if a Preferred Member cancels and later resubscribes to Premium, regardless of how much time has elapsed between cancellation and resubscription.
3.2 Non-transferable. The Preferred Rate is tied to the specific account that originally qualified for Preferred Member status and may not be transferred, assigned, gifted, or sold to another account or individual.
3.3 Company's right to modify or discontinue the offer. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Preferred Rate offer at any time and without notice. This right does not affect the Preferred Rate already locked in for existing Preferred Members under §3.1.
3.4 Right to change pricing generally. Nothing in this section limits our general right, described elsewhere in these Terms, to change pricing for the standard (non-Preferred) Premium subscription at any time.
3.5 Good-faith use. We reserve the right to revoke Preferred Member status and the Preferred Rate, with notice, in cases of fraud, abuse of the offer (including creating multiple accounts to obtain Preferred Member status more than once), or violation of these Terms.
Premium subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Checkout and subscription management happen on Stripe-hosted pages, so Scanaviz does not receive or store your full card details. Plan features and limits are described on the Premium page and may change with notice.
Monthly plans renew every month. Annual plans are billed once per year, on your signup anniversary, and renew automatically each year until you cancel. You can manage or cancel a subscription from your Account page, which opens the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the paid term.
All Premium payments are non-refundable, for both monthly and annual plans. Separately, when you switch from monthly to annual billing, we refund your most recent monthly charge so the same period is not billed twice. This is described in the Refund Policy. Billing-dispute and contact terms are not yet published and will be added before launch.
You may create watchlists, saved filters and scanner conditions, alerts, notes on tokens, and preferences (“Your Content”). You keep ownership of Your Content. You allow Scanaviz to store and process Your Content only as needed to provide the service to you. You must not submit content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.

Scanaviz’s data compilations, scores, analysis, interface, and presentation are provided for your personal use in the product. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, or use Scanaviz data to build a competing data or analytics service.
This section does not take away rights you have under applicable law that cannot be waived by contract.

Scanaviz displays information from third-party providers, publishers, and services. Those sources are listed on the Data Sources & Attribution page. Scanaviz does not own that third-party information. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience, and we do not control or endorse them.
Scanaviz is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any provider it names, unless a written relationship says otherwise.
Some Scanaviz outputs, such as the market brief, are generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI output can contain errors. See the AI section of the Disclaimer.
Scanaviz owns its software, design, branding, original graphics, original research and analysis, original scores, and original written content. Third-party names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners.
Ownership of Scanaviz material does not extend to third-party data or content that Scanaviz displays or processes.
Scanaviz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of market data or analysis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Scanaviz is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.
We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or put the service or others at risk. You may stop using Scanaviz at any time.
We may update these Terms. The version and date at the top of this page show the latest revision. Material changes will be announced in the product.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Scanaviz is operated from Illinois. Where disputes are heard is not yet specified and needs counsel review.
